Before You Book

Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your appointment time and compensate for time spent preparing artwork and scheduling.

Pricing

All pricing provided through the booking form is an estimate. Final pricing may vary based on size, placement, detail, color, and overall complexity of the tattoo.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Additional reschedule requests may require a new deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel without proper notice or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited unless prior notice was given and approved.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older and provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of their appointment.

Design Changes

Minor design adjustments can be discussed before your appointment. Significant design changes may require additional time, pricing adjustments, or rescheduling.

Agreement

By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this booking policy.
